Who We Are

Xponzy Tech LLC is a US-based managed technology provider for small and medium businesses. We take care of the online infrastructure your company depends on every day: the website, the domain, the business email, and the security that protects all three, so you can focus on running the business instead of troubleshooting it.

We built Xponzy for owners and teams who want one accountable partner for their technology. When something needs attention, you talk directly to the people who administer your services, and you get a straight answer about what happened, what it costs, and what happens next.

What We Do

Our services cover the essential building blocks of a professional online presence:

  • Web hosting: shared, WordPress, and reseller plans starting at $1.99 per month
  • Domain registration, transfers, renewals, and DNS management
  • Business email on your own domain, including cPanel email hosting and consulting for Google Workspace environments
  • Email migration between providers, planned around a zero-data-loss objective
  • Email security: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC implementation, plus anti-spam and anti-phishing hygiene
  • Web development for business websites
  • Game servers and SSL certificates
  • Ongoing technical support through our ticket system

You can review hosting options in our order portal, search for a domain with our domain checker, or learn how we help with Google Workspace.

How We Work

Direct support

Every request goes through our ticket system, where it is tracked from first response to resolution, with response-time targets published in our service level agreement. The people answering your tickets are the same people who manage your services.

Transparent billing

Your client portal shows every invoice, renewal date, and active service in one place. You always know what you are paying for and when the next renewal is due, and we send reminders before anything renews.

Proactive management

We watch the details that quietly break things: expiring domains and certificates, DNS misconfigurations, and email authentication records that drift out of date. Catching small issues early is how we keep them from becoming outages.

Our Commitment

Security

We apply current security practices across the services we manage, from SSL certificates on websites to SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on email, and we guide clients toward safer habits such as strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

Reliability

We choose proven platforms, plan changes carefully, and schedule potentially disruptive work, such as email cutovers, for windows that minimize the impact on your business.

Honest communication

If a service is not yet available, we say so. If something goes wrong, we tell you what happened and what we are doing about it. Long-term relationships are built on accurate expectations, not on big promises. That approach applies to everything on this site, including service availability: what we offer is what we can deliver today.
