Your team signs in from wherever they are, work saves automatically, and two people can edit the same document at the same time without emailing versions back and forth. Migrating Your Email to Google Workspace

From cPanel or IMAP email

If your mail lives on cPanel hosting or any standard IMAP service, we transfer messages and folder structures into Gmail mailbox by mailbox, then verify the results against a pre-migration inventory. This is the most common migration we perform, and the process is thoroughly rehearsed.

From Microsoft 365

Moving from Microsoft 365 involves mail, calendars, and contacts. We plan the mapping between the two platforms, migrate the data, and help your team translate familiar workflows into the Gmail and Google Calendar way of working, so productivity does not dip while habits adjust.

DNS Done Right: MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

A Google Workspace deployment succeeds or fails in DNS, and this is where Xponzy is strongest. We configure the MX records that route your mail to Google, publish an SPF record that authorizes Google servers to send for your domain, enable DKIM signing from the administration console, and roll out a DMARC policy gradually so legitimate mail is never disrupted while spoofing gets shut down.

Because we also manage domains and DNS zones directly, we lower TTL values before your cutover so the switch propagates in minutes rather than days, and we keep the authentication records current as your setup evolves, for example when you later add a newsletter platform or CRM that sends as your domain.

Can you migrate from cPanel email?

Yes. cPanel and other IMAP mailboxes are the most common starting point we see. Messages and folder structures are transferred and then verified mailbox by mailbox against a pre-migration inventory.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on the number of mailboxes and the volume of data. Small teams often go from assessment to completed cutover within a few business days, while larger or more complex environments can take several weeks. Your written plan includes a timeline for your specific case.

Will I lose email during the migration?

Our process is built around a zero-data-loss objective. Historical mail is pre-staged before the cutover, recent messages are synchronized during it, and results are verified against the inventory before the project is closed.

What happens to my DNS?

We update your MX records to route mail to Google, publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, and lower TTLs beforehand so the change propagates quickly. Records for your website and other services are left untouched.

Do you offer support after migration?

Yes. Post-migration support is part of every project, and ongoing managed support is available through our ticket system, with response-time targets published in our service level agreement.
