Your email address is often the first thing a customer, supplier, or bank sees from your business. An address on your own domain, like name@yourcompany.com, tells them they are dealing with an established company. Xponzy sets up, secures, and manages business email so it simply works, every day.

Why Email on Your Own Domain Matters

Credibility

Messages sent from a free, generic address are easy to ignore and easy to fake. Addresses on your own domain look professional, match your website, and let you publish consistent contact points for sales, support, and billing. That consistency builds trust with every message you send. It also protects your customers: when they know legitimate mail from you always ends in your domain, imitations stand out.

Deliverability

Mail providers judge senders by their domain reputation. When your domain is configured with proper authentication records, receiving servers can verify that your messages really come from you, which improves the odds of landing in the inbox instead of the spam folder. Generic or misconfigured senders do not get that benefit of the doubt.

Control

When email lives on your domain, you own the addresses. If an employee leaves, the mailbox and its history stay with the company. If you ever change providers, your addresses come with you. None of that is true when your business runs on personal accounts.

Email Options We Manage

cPanel email hosting, available today

Mailboxes on your own domain through our cPanel hosting platform, with webmail access from any browser and IMAP/POP connectivity for desktop and mobile mail apps. It is a straightforward, affordable option for small teams that want dependable email without changing how they work.

Google Workspace consulting and migration, available today

If your team wants Gmail on your own domain plus the collaboration tools of Google Workspace, such as Drive, Meet, and Calendar, we plan the deployment, configure the domain, migrate your existing mail, and support your users. Learn more on our Google Workspace page.

Direct Google Workspace licensing, pending authorization

Xponzy is preparing its application to offer Google Workspace licenses directly. That authorization is pending, which means we are not currently an authorized Google reseller and cannot sell licenses today. You can join the waitlist to be notified when licensing becomes available; consulting, migration, and support services are available now.

Deliverability Setup: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

Every email domain we manage is configured with the three DNS-based authentication standards that modern mail providers expect:

  • SPF declares which servers are allowed to send mail for your domain
  • DKIM adds a cryptographic signature that proves a message was not altered in transit
  • DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with mail that fails those checks, and sends you reports about who is using your domain

We implement these records when your email is set up, roll DMARC policies out gradually so legitimate mail is never disrupted, and review the records whenever your sending setup changes, for example when you adopt a newsletter tool or a CRM that sends on your behalf.

Migration Support

Already have email somewhere else? Our email migration service moves mailboxes from cPanel, IMAP/POP, Microsoft 365, and other providers to the platform you choose, with historical mail pre-staged in advance, a planned DNS cutover, and verification of every mailbox afterward. The objective on every project is zero data loss and minimal disruption to your team. Request a migration assessment to get a plan for your specific setup.

Security

Business email is the most common door attackers try first, so email security is part of the service rather than an add-on:

  • Authentication records that make your domain hard to spoof
  • Anti-spam and anti-phishing hygiene on managed mailboxes
  • Guidance on two-factor authentication and strong password practices for your team
  • Backup and retention guidance appropriate to your platform
  • Reviews of forwarding rules and account access, two frequent signs of compromise
